The innovative teaching methods and tools (O1) collected and developed within the RiskMan project will be tested and evaluated during the summer schools for students. The students would benefit from the training events not only with respect to gaining practical skills in risk assessment, but owing to work in international multicultural teams.
The course for university teachers is of a high importance in order to ensure the efficient transfer of the project outputs into the university teaching.
C1: Summer school for university students (Czech Republic, 2020)
Summer school for the partner universities´ students on occupational risk assessment will include workshops and on-site practical trainings in real workplaces. Students will have an opportunity to work on current HSE topics in international multicultural teams. Experts from the project consortium (incl. associate partners) will be the trainers.

C3: Course for teachers (Austria, September 2019)
Course for the partner universities´ teachers on how to effectively use the innovative methods and tools (not only those developed within the project) for practical education and training of students (how to hold attention, motivate, engage the students etc.) Experts from the project consortium (incl. associate partners) will be the trainers/coaches on the teachers.
